
Rebecca Burgin
Rebecca Burgin is a versatile singer, songwriter and performer. She attended St.Vincents Ladies College where she had private singing lessons for 5 yrs and completed the Trinity College Examinations for speech and drama. She has been a professional singer, songwriter and performer for 20 years. She was the lead singer of a musical duo called Bubkiss. They had considerable success in the UK dance scene in 2001 with their original tracks "Everybody Get On Your Feet" (produced by Richard Earnshaw) and “Somewhere there’s a place for us” signed by delirious Records. Bubkiss won best R & B song in 2004 ABC Newcastle Music Awards with their track "You Got A Feelin' ". In 2005 they had their track "Love Lift Me Up" featured on the official Miami Winter Music Conference compilation CD. In 2013 Rebecca had her original track “Listen to the Beat Boy” featured on Drum Media’s compilation CD. In 2013 she also released her meditation music album “Ear Medicine” and dance/ pop album “Rebecci”.
Her beautiful vocal tones are testimony to her many years of training, performing and teaching. She has a compelling stage presence, engaging the audience with her charm and dynamic voice.
