Carmelo Munzone
Carmelo rose to fame on channel 7's fourth season of The X Factor. His quirky personality and velvet smooth vocals won all four judges over in the first round of live auditions; singing his own rendition of 'Sunday Morning' by Maroon 5. Mentored by former Spice Girl, Mel B; Carmelo became a finalist and gave several memorable performances including the likes of Jamie Cullum's Everlasting Love and Michael Buble's 'Feeling Good'. Now after the debut of his first single 'no brakes', which has reached number 10 on the iTunes soul and RnB charts, Carmelo enjoys giving back his knowledge of classical, contemporary and recording techniques to the next generation of artists as a teacher for all ages at Sound Initiative.
